A rough draft of your by-laws will be e-mailed within 48 hours if paid order is received Monday-Thursday or 72 hours if paid order is received Fridday-Sunday. All requested changes to your new by-laws must be submitted within 60 days of full payment; otherwise the standard Apostolic By-Laws Kit will be automatically shipped. Your New Apostolic By-Laws Kit will be mailed within 15 business days of purchase if no changes are desired.

PLEASE NOTE: With the partial payment option you will be sent the first page of your completed Apostolic By-Laws upon initial payment. The complete rough draft will NOT be sent until 2nd. payment is complete. The complete rough draft will be e-mailed when full payment has been received, according to the above mentioned schedule.

If I attempt a chargeback on my credit card after Apostolic By-Laws (ABL) has provided the services as set forth  and for some reason a chargeback is issued after the services have been provided by ABL and ABL commences a lawsuit against me I agree that at ABL's discretion it can institute an action in any state or federal court located in or closest to the county in which I reside and agree that a county court or US Federal Court will have both personal and subject matter jurisdiction.  I agree that in such case as set forth in this section, I will pay all of ABL's reasonable costs, disbursements and attorneys fees.  Deposits are non-refundable.
